Cynthia Yuan Cheng is a cartoonist living in central New Jersey. They love telling funny-bittersweet stories about romance, masculinity, and everyday life. In their free time, their hobbies include making their friends laugh and hunting for the best desserts in town.

Cynthia’s debut graphic novel, Scholastic Graphix’s BABY-SITTERS CLUB: MARY ANNE’S BAD LUCK MYSTERY, is a New York Times best-seller. They have also contributed artwork for the anthology graphic novel BECOMING WHO WE ARE: REAL STORIES ABOUT GROWING UP TRANS. They are currently working on their solo debut graphic novel, WIN, as published by First Second Books.
