Sandra E. Johnson is the author of The Resilience Journal: 365 Days to Balance and Peace of Mind, a self-help meditational journal to be released by Clarkson Potter in Jan, 2022. This is a follow-up to her book The Mind-Body Peace Journal: 366 Mindful Prompts for Clarity & Peace (Sterling Publishing, 2019) that earned praise from bestselling authors MJ Ryan and Timber Hawkeye and was highlighted in Psychology Today. Sandra’s first book, Standing on Holy Ground: A Triumph over Hate Crime in the Deep South (St. Martin’s Press, 2002) garnered warm reviews from O: The Oprah Magazine, USA Today, and Southern Living and received a Christopher Award for Literature and her novel Flowers for the Living was nominated for a PEN/Faulkner Award and Paterson Award for Fiction.
